On Sunday, Veuve Clicquot hosted New Zealand celebrities and VIP guests at the exciting Veuve Clicquot Rosé Garden Marquee to celebrate its sixth year of sponsorship at the NZ Polo Open. Dubbed as one of the most glamourous and stylish ‘yellow carpet’ events of summer, guests enjoyed exceptional views of the Polo, live music and games from the all new Veuve Clicquot Rosé Garden marquee. We gathered a couple images from the event for those lucky few!
Veuve Clicquot is extending the Land Rover New Zealand Polo Open this summer, inviting Aucklanders to experience all the fun of last Sunday’s Veuve Clicquot Rosé Garden Marquee with the launch of their pop-up at Ostro. The three-week long Veuve Clicquot Rosé Garden at Ostro will feature some of the quirky pieces found at the Veuve Clicquot Marquee during last Sunday’s NZ Polo Open including an entire Rosé Garden deck fit out, the bespoke mallet mini putt and a Veuve Clicquot Rosé inspired canape menu from February 22nd to March 12th.
To bring the Veuve Clicquot Rosé Garden theme to life, Veuve Clicquot teamed up with innovative florist, Millie Austin of La Femme Fleur. Millie has brought the same bright florals and bespoke Polo décor to transform the Ostro deck fit out to ensure visitors to the pop-up feel as though they’ve experienced the unique Veuve Clicquot Rosé Garden Marquee at the Polo. In addition to the beautiful theming, the popup will feature the custom Polo inspired mallet mini putt course, upon the purchase of a Veuve Clicquot Rosé flute, guests can challenge each other on the course designed specifically for this year’s Polo.
Ostro has also designed a bespoke canapé matched with Veuve Clicquot Rosé which includes a local oyster with champagne migonette, this will be available for purchase throughout the entirety of the Veuve Clicquot Rosé Garden pop – up.
“The Rosé Garden pop-up is an exciting first for Veuve Clicquot this year. The Polo is such an iconic sporting event in New Zealand, so it’s fantastic to extend the Clevedon Polo experience to central Auckland for three weeks.” says Ali Campbell, Veuve Clicquot Senior Brand Manager.
As part of the Rosé Garden takeover, Millie will be hosting a series of three Veuve Clicquot floral masterclasses at Seafarers. Under the guidance of Millie, guests will learn the top skills to become a floral arrangement connoisseur and design their own Clicquot Rosé Garden inspired bouquet to take home. The masterclass will feature a bespoke canapé menu matched with Veuve Clicquot Rosé. Limited tickets available for the events, which will be held on February 22nd, March 1st and 8th from 6.30pm – 8pm. Tickets available at www.iTicket.co.nz, $90 per person.
