Mariah Carey Reveals That Her Diet Consists Of Only These Two Foods

If there’s one thing in this world that I will literally never understand it has to be celebrity diets. From Beyoncé’s Master Cleanse liquid diet, to Sarah Michelle Gellar’s cabbage soup diet, there are some seriously strange celebrity diets out there.

In a recent interview, the diva herself Mariah Carey revealed that her unusual diet only consists of literally two foods. “It’s really hard. My diet, you would hate it,” she told E News. “All you eat is Norwegian salmon and capers every day. That’s it.”

Yes, that’s correct. She literally lives on only salmon and capers. What the? “I’m actually serious,” she confirmed. “I try to stick with the proteins. It’s the worst. But it works!”

By far the weirdest thing is that Carey has recently been posting a whole lot of Instagram photos with different types of food, so presumably that’s all for show. Very, very strange.
