Just when you thought Matilda Rice was fading into the shadows, the winner of season one of ‘The Bachelor NZ’ has just been announced as the new face of an upcoming Jockey underwear campaign.
The blonde bombshell who is a media sales executive by day has already shot her first campaign for the new JKY range, with images of Rice due to start appearing in store and on billboards from August.
Rice says that she is excited about featuring in the campaign and honoured to be part of a Kiwi legacy.
“It’s an awesome feeling to be involved with a brand that is known and loved by so many Kiwis, even my dad is on board and excited!” she says.

Jockey’s Marketing and Category Manager Will Radford says that the brand is pleased to have Matilda feature in the campaign, fitting in perfectly with the iconic Kiwi brand.
“Having Matilda on board, alongside the All Blacks and All Blacks Sevens partnership, is really exciting,” Radford said. “Matilda is stylish, active and loads of fun which is a great alignment for Jockey!”
