This Is How The Victoria’s Secret Angels Got In Shape For The VS Fashion Show

I spend about 85 percent of my day on the internet and I can tell you one thing for sure – the only thing that the female population of the internet has been talking about for the past 48 hours is the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show.

From those squad VS jackets, to Kendall Jenner’s red bra, to the fantasy bra (YASSS!), we are all going a little bit gaga over everything VS related right now.

It’s no secret that every single Angel looked downright flawless on the runway, leaving many of us mere mortals wondering how these girls got that body? As with the rest of us the secret is simply good old-fashioned hard work and hours of time in the gym. But what do they even do at the gym?

Lucky for us, two of our favourite Angels, Josephine Skriver and Jasmine Tookes, are pretty public about their workout routines and recently even started an Instagram account with videos that outline exactly what they do in their workouts.

The Instagram account is called Joja and seriously, if you manage to watch all of these videos and are still not motivated then you really will never be. From squats, to weights, to partner exercises, these girls really know how to sweat and judging by their killer bodies, they really know how to get results.

Channel your inner VS Angel and give some of these a try. Warning: these are not for the faint-hearted.
