Following a strict diet and grueling exercise regime, Kimmy dropped a whopping 31kg. On her app she recently revealed her food diary, an intense plan that excludes both carbs and sugar. While the meal plans were strict, Kimmy’s go-to salad sounds very delicious. All you have to do is mix three ingredients: spinach, grilled lime chicken, and feta-ranch dressing. Easy enough, right?
