Khloe Kardashian Reveals The One Food She Cut From Her Diet To Lose 11 Pounds

Khloe Kardashian has revealed some sweet hacks and tips in the past such as her nail polish trick and her foundation hack. But her best share yet is her secret to how she lost so much weight. “I’m obsessed with cheese and milk, but eliminating them from my diet made the biggest difference,” she told NewBeauty. “In a month and a half, I lost 11 pounds just from not eating dairy, without doing anything else different, and that totally blew my mind.”

Khloe also included her daily meal plan in her book Strong Looks Better Naked which includes a 5am start, a 6am workout, a LOT of water.
