Watch This Nine-Month Pregnant Olympian Lift Over 200 Pounds

31 year old Emily Breeze, Olympic lifter and CrossFit competitor is nine months pregnant… and she’s lifting weights that are over 200 pounds and does CrossFit nearly every day. Dailymail reports that her program has been approved by her doctor and she does Crossfit, metabolic conditioning and Olympic lifting. Her Instagram logs her progress and work outs – watching this, all I can think is “oh my god”.

There’s been a lot of comments about whether or not training this hard while this far down is good for the baby. She told US Weekly: ‘I am completely baffled that people would think I’d do anything that would harm my baby… but I won’t allow someone’s uneducated opinion to deter my doctor-approved fitness regime during my pregnant.’

After taking 5 days off from the gym ( probably the longest ever) and focusing on healing my sciatic nerve/ pregnancy issue– I felt so.much.better this morning!! 😁😁I had some free time between clients so I decided to see what my body was interested in doing!
