A Fitness Blogger Shows How Much Bloating Can Affect Your Body And You Will Feel So Much Better About Yourself
It is a fact of life that you are going to find your self bloated every now and again, whether it is after something you ate, a stressful day or simply the wrong time of the month.
There may be times where you look in the mirror and are faced with a stomach that looks 6 months pregnant, it is terrifying but also a fact of life.
In case you needed to feel a little better about this, fitness blogger Tiffany Brien has shared an image to show that bloating happens to almost everyone – even Jennifer Aniston.
She shared two pictures to Facebook as a ‘reality check’ to anyone who suffers from bloating.
“No, I’m not 6 months pregnant. It’s just my food baby,” Brien wrote. “We are not all what we seem on social media. I thought I would share a bad day with you to show you nobody is ‘perfect,’ and it is okay to have an off day where your body just decides to not play ball.”
She continued to share the body positivity message, reminding us that this is normal.
“Don’t worry girls, it happens to the best of us, all part and parcel of being a female!”
Tiffany said that her bloat was “a delightful cocktail of lack of sleep, stress, hormones, and food intolerances. A mixture for a whole lotta bloat.”

Because, let’s be honest you are never bloated when you are at home in your fat pants. “To make matters worse it seems to happen at incredibly inconvenient times… On a[n] evening out for dinner in a lovely tight dress. I could be half way into my main course, and I suddenly feel uncomfortable and now really unattractive with a big bloated belly!”
