Teen film critic, Jackson Murphy from Lights Camera Jackson was invited to last night’s Critic’s Choice Awards. He snapped selfies with celebrities and posted them on his Twitter with “funny” captions.
In a photo with Amy Schumer, he captioned “Spent the night with @amyschumer. Certainly not the first guy to write that.” He has since taken down the photo as the sexist joke about Amy’s promiscuity was a bad call. Amy responded to the tweet with, “I get it. Cause I’m a whore? Glad I took a photo with you. Hi to your dad.”
He has since apologized to Amy tow which she replied the following:
I truly apologize for the tweet I posted earlier. I'm not a comedian and it wasn't funny. @amyschumer

@LCJReviews that's really okay honey. I just remember thinking you and your dad were sweet and it was a bummer to read that

If you’re gonna tag her in a tweet, you’re gonna have to think twice before publishing it – she’ll be watching and waiting.
