Ashton Kutcher teamed up with Motorola to prank a bunch of people in an effort to show the dependency we have on our smart phones. The campaign is called “#PhoneLove” – the civilians are left in a booth with their hands on a glass table with the phones turned face down on the glass table. As Ashton and the team inundate their phones with texts and phone calls, the participants can’t even last a minute without checking their phones.
The next experiment is “Truth or Drop”, measuring how far people will go to protect their phones.
Their just ads for phones, but it’s a pretty good campaign, right?
