Ever dreamed of putting on your power suit and showing the world who is boss? Well, if you have ever fancied the high-rolling, fast-paced life of a CEO your dreams are about to come true.
If you are between 18 and 30-years-old, you could be the CEO of the multinational company Adecco. Yes, it does sound to good to be true but the reality is Adecco trusts youths so much, that they leave the company in the hands of one of them for a whole month.
Adecco Group have been running this initiative called Way to Work for the last two years, and it has been a resounding success.
The company, which is the world’s leading HR solutions provider, allows one person to be their CEO for a month alongside current CEO Alain Dehaze.
If this sounds like something up your alley, applicants are open from now until the 15th of April. The selection criteria is simple, you have to be ambitious and live and breath Adeccos core values – team spirit, customer focus, passion, entrepreneurship, responsible, warm heart, working hands and a curious mind.
If you were sitting there nodding your head thinking ‘yeah, yeah I have those values.” Do not just sit there! Opportunities to show your inner Girl Boss do not come around this often. Brush up your CV because you could be sitting in the CEO chair and running a multinational company – even if just for a month.
How does this opportunity work you ask? Essentially, one person per country is selected to run that country’s Adecco Group branch. From there, 10 lucky candidates get the opportunity to attend a boot camp of sorts during September in America and then one lucky applicant will move up to global CEO.
The position also includes a healthy salary.
