Supermodel Miranda Kerr shared to Vogue Australia recently her nutrient-dense salad recipe. The ingredients for her salad includes avocado, sunflower seeds, radish, beetroot and feta cheese. The dressing is made of fresh lemon, macadamia nut oil and apple cider vinegar.
“I care about nutrients, but I don’t care about calories. I believe in the good fats.”
“So I just feel like if I’m going to have a salad, I want it to be nutrient dense. I’m going to make sure that it has kale and spinach, not just iceberg as that doesn’t have any nutrients.”
“I put a lot in there. And I chop it really finely, so it tastes really good.”
