After being absent from the Venice of the North for over almost a century, Cartier is opened its first Saint Petersburg boutique on the banks of the Moyka River, a tributary of the Neva, whose rippling sheen is reflected on the façade of 55 Naberezhnaya Reki Moyka.

A major event for a stately address: a private mansion whose facade set in hues of red, white and bronze matches the bichrome tradition of the historic buildings of Saint Petersburg.

The Cartier boutique in Saint Petersburg was celebrated as a grand troika. A resplendent occasion which included a grand dinner at the Mikhailovsky Castle and then a nighttime cruise on the Neva River.

Bernard Fornas, President and CEO of Cartier International, accompanied the throng of dignitaries, celebrities and royalty as well as special guest Demi Moore who looked gorgeous by his side and showcased a Cartier diamond and emerald drop earrings and diamond bracelet.
