Well it’s been eight weeks now of working out at Concept 10 10 and the results have been fantastic. I’ve got ‘abs’ – yes and that more than one ‘ab’ too!! It’s been quite a few years since I last saw them -in fact, not since I discovered how great wine and food go together.
I have been skiing over the season and have noticed that my stamina has continued to improve each time I head down there... and that’s not the only place I’ve noticed my stamina improve. Generally I feel fitter all round and everything is coming into shape.
I have always tried to keep fit and have spent many hours in the gym, religiously going two to three times a week but nothing has delivered results like this in such a short time.

On arrival the team have already set up the machines to the settings they have determined from your previous visit. The machines are all the latest MedX machines – developed for rehabilitation and low impact exercise so you are not risking any damage to your spine or limbs (in fact their technique has been proven to help people with spinal injuries).
Now I didn’t say it would be painless. Over the next few days you’ll really feel the impact – in fact you are still feeling it 5 to 6 days later. It will be sore at the start but that’s where the results are coming from. No other exercise regime I have tried delivers the same results.
It costs a little more than going to the Gym, but a lot less than a personal trainer When you not only have a personal trainer but also a workout room entirely to yourself , a fitness program fully customised to your needs, all of the latest machines and the cost of your time, it is well worth it.
More importantly it works!! What is the value of getting fit and how much value do you put on the time you will save not having to go to the gym 5 times a week to get a result? The best thing is that doing it just once a week you will keep it up and not be put off by the daily routine that gyms recommend.
