THE 69th Golden Globes took place in Beverley Hills, Los Angeles. Ricky Gervais was at his acerbic best, insulting many of Hollywood's biggest stars, including Kim Kardashian, Justin Bieber and Jodie Foster.

The big winners? George Clooney -Best Actor, Motion Picture Drama (The Descendants), Meryl Streep - Best Actress, Motion Picture Drama (The Iron Lady), Kelsey Grammer - Best Actor in a Drama Series (Boss), Michelle Willams - Best Comedic Actress (My Week With Marilyn), and our own Peter Jackson, who took out Best Animated Film for Tintin...
