LG OPTIMUS, PRIME
A world-first 3D smartphone and surprisingly it isn’t a gimmick...
When I first heard about this I wrote it off but now that I’ve been using it for the last two weeks I can honestly say it’s not.
The 3D movies and pictures are good and the 3D gaming is great, but what I enjoy the most is showing off the phone to anyone and everyone. Glasses free 3D in the palm of your hands.
No matter who you show this to they are transfixed by the 3D 4.3-inch screen that literally pops out and shakes you. Once they hand it back I then use the dual 5-megapixel camera on the back to record them in 720p 3D video. This just blows their mind. The phone itself is very good, it uses Android 2.2 and has a fast 1GHz dual-core processor.
It is a tad big and also a little heavy but I guess that’s the price you pay for the wow factor of 3D!
