The Cycle-In Cinema doesn’t cost the earth. The electricity for the screenings is produced by the cyclists – you, your friends and neighbours. Audiences also learn about energy consumption along the way using a unique display system that shows how much power they are producing.
The Cycle-In Cinemas are a programme of pedal-powered screenings popping up around the UK throughout 2011/2012.
These events could happen anywhere! We want to resurrect the abandoned corners of the country and weave some cinematic magic into our local parks, rooftops and playgrounds.
