The Fiji Wellness Retreat combines a luxury Fijian getaway, with an exercise, yoga and wellbeing programme, leading edge medical and anti-aging seminars and personal development workshops to leave you feeling recharged, re-energised and more equipped to live your optimal life.

Wellness Retreats are hosted at the stunning Westin Denarau Island Resort & Spa. Combine an exquisite setting with world-class service, an expert medical, health and wellbeing team add local Fijian hospitality and it equals an unrivaled retreat getaway. All Retreats comprise 6 nights accommodation. The Retreats run from Sunday to Saturday - the programme begins at 7am on the Monday morning and finishes Friday 8pm.

The Fiji Wellness Week aims to deliver a rejuvenating and inspiring five day wellness experience, set in idyllic Fiji, that  empowers you with the knowledge and tools necessary to take charge of life and live in optimal health and well being.

The Fiji Wellness Programme runs daily sessions covering all aspects of Anti-Aging and Wellness, including Nutritional Medicine, Appearance Medicine, Anti-Aging techniques, Bio-identical Hormone replacement for both men and women. These leading edge information sessions may shock but will certainly educate on how to live a healthier life.

Speakers include Dr Ronald Goedeke, Julie Hazlehurst, Ajay Raniga and Denise Fergusson. Dr Ronald Goedeke is recognised as one of New Zealand’s leaders in the new field of Anti-Aging and Wellness. Combining his extensive experience and techniques with his ongoing commitment to remain abreast of the latest research, Dr Goedeke will share with our guests a series of Seminars which will arm you with the information to look and feel better.

Yoga & Fitness Classes


Yoga
Whether you are a practicing Yogi or never taken a class, our daily Yoga classes will introduce you to this amazing discipline. Set outdoors on the landscaped lawns, Denise Fergusson our resident Yoga will guide you through your sessions. Denise is an internationally recognised Yogi who is unique in her approach and her ability to make Yoga accessible to all attendees.
Give it a go. The benefits are overwhelming.
Denise also takes our Meditation sessions, which will be held throughout the programme. Her guided sessions are suitable for all levels and will leave you feeling energised and relaxed.
 
Outdoor Fitness and Exercise

Back to the basics, our fitness instructor will take you through cardio, toning and bootcamp exercises to leaving you feeling re-energised and refocussed. Fun and challenging; kick start your exercise regime by learning how to incorporate these exercises into your everyday life!
