This Famous Model Was Told She Would Never Make A Magazine Cover Because Her ‘Nose Was Too Big’

There is no denying that the modelling industry is tough and cut throat, but it seems back in 1995 it was also absolutely stupid!

When Giselle Bündchen started her modelling career in 1995 in Brazil, she dealt with a lot of criticism.

“I remember some people telling me my nose was too big or my eyes were too small, that I could never be on a magazine cover,” she told People.

“I told my dad, and he said, ‘Next time, tell them, I have a big nose and that comes with a big personality,'” she recalls. “At that point I felt, if I kept working hard and giving my best, it would all work out.”

Well, the joke is on them because little did they know Giselle was all sorts of amazing and would grace the cover of hundreds of magazines!
