This is How Much You Need to Do to Burn Off Your Favourite Foods

So you want to pig out on some Maccas, I get it, we’ve all been there. I’m there most days in fact. But this is how much you’ve got to put out in order to burn off what you have put in.

The infographic below uses an average guy of 175.3cm and 83.6kg, and a woman of 161.6cm, 70.2kg. Also cardio is measured for running or cycling at 5mph. 15 minutes of running to burn off a coke isn’t that bad!

No doubt there are dietitians and workout instructors shaking their head at the simplification of food intake and workout, but it’s just a bit of fun.
