I am all about quick and easy meals, especially when the meal is dessert. So when I found a dessert that required less than 5 minutes effort, you could say I was pretty happy.
Enter the Chia Pudding with Camu Camu, Cacao and Orange, not only does this Go Healthy recipe take under five minutes to make, but it is healthy and chocolaty.
½ cup GO Superfood Chia Seeds (Black or White)
1 ½ cups coconut milk
¼ cup dessicated coconut
4 tablespoons pure maple syrup
4 tablespoons GO Superfood Cacao Powder
½ teaspoon GO Superfood Camu Camu Powder
Zest of 1 orange
Generous pinch cinnamon
1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and blitz until well combined and smooth. Taste and adjust sweetness if desired.
2. This can also be made without a blender. Simply place all ingredients in a bowl and whisk well.
3. Divide mixture between two small glasses and place in the fridge for 15-20 minutes to set.
4. Enjoy as is or top with either fresh raspberries or sliced banana.
