In this day and age sugar is added in almost everything – even foods that taste salty. While you may think that you are buying a product with no added sugar, the truth is that often sugar is disguised on packing under alternative names. Raw sugar, palm sugar and agave may all sound ‘healthy’ but at the end of the day, they are still sugar.
