Celebrity dietitian Philip Goglia has clients like the Kardashians and Cara Delevingne and he’s shared some tips to Byrdie for how they get their body ready coming up to those red-carpet events.
Gogolia recommends you add 5.5 kgs of epsom salt in hot bathwater, “soak for 20 minutes, wash off in cold water, go to bed, and wake up leaner!”
It contains anti-inflammatory properties so add it to your water.
Getting ready up to the event date, Goglia says to do an hour of cardio, 6 days a week “— alternative static heart cardio with dynamic interval pattern cardio every other day. And, of course, drink one litre of water while exercising.”
Drink still water and minimally. Drink 15mls to 30mls max per 0.5kg of bodyweight daily. So if you’re 55kgs, you should be drinking minimum 1650mls to maximum 3300 mls a day.
