Khloe Kardashian Reveals What All Her Sisters’ Diets Consists Of

Everyone is absolutely obsessed with the Kardashians and Jenners. We’re all pining for a glimpse into their glamorous lives and when they do, all the girls go nuts for it. Whether it be skincare, makeup,  accessories, clothes, shoes or even underwear, anything that is seen on them in their social media platforms gets the Kardashian approval and hence, the Midas touch. The latest news to inundate my feed is what all those ladies eat.

Khloe Kardashian wrote a post on her website titled, “My Sisters’ Diets Are Cray” with a subtitle, “You won’t believe what my sisters actually eat.”

She said, “We all have such different eating habits that sometimes when we’re trying to choose a restaurant I wonder if we’re even related. LOL!”


The lean mean supermodel’s diet? Koko says, “people always find it funny that Kenny is on the anti-model diet…  “She loves burgers and pizza and goes to In-N-Out all the time. Kendall is my go-to girl on cheat day!”


 Not really surprised, she “eats like a typical teenager but she’s also super aware of what she puts in her body when it comes to fresh and organic foods,” Khloe explains. “It’s all about that moderation, too!”


Everyone knows from Kim’s constant weight loss update Snapchats.  that she’s so determined to bring back her pre-pregnancy body. “I wouldn’t last a day on Kim’s new diet,” Khloe says about Kim’s Atkins diet. “It involves cutting out all sugar and carbs but it allows meat and dairy. I like sweets too much and also don’t eat red meat or dairy, so I’m saying hell no to this one!”


“Kourt only eats organic food and has pretty much convinced herself that she is allergic to dairy and gluten too,” Khloe says. “She’s by far the most cray about her diet! I always feel like I need to lock my pantry before she comes over so she doesn’t yell at me for what’s in it, LOL.”
