Kendall Jenner’s Pre Victoria’s Secret Workout Regime Was Intense

There is a lot of drama and uncertainty surrounding the VS fashion show and the model’s bodies. Some people complain that the girls are too skinny, while others think they are fit and inspirational. Whatever side of the fence you sit on, it is hard not to be intrigued by the workouts the models put themselves through before the show.

Kendall Jenner’s workout regime has been shared with us mere mortals and now we can have a body like an angel – so long as we dedicate ourselves to a lot of working out and save the burgers for after the show!

Gunnar Peterson, Kendall’s trainer, told US Magazine that she worked out “almost everyday” leading up to the show.

Personally if I had to strut down the runway in very little but wings, I would hit the gym every day as well.

So what exactly did the toned and taunt Kendall do?

“People will find it hard to believe, that girl squats, dead-lifts and does pull-ups… a lot of sled-pushing, a lot of lateral banded work, up and down the track and a lot of very high-intensity cardio intervals,” he said.

It sounds, dare I say, like a semi achievable workout – three times a week that is.
