Anti-Aging Smoothie Bowl

½-¾ C hibiscus and rosehip tea, chilled
½ C frozen blueberries
1 frozen banana, chopped
4 leaves baby cos lettuce
2T coconut yoghurt
1T whole chia seed
1T goji berries
1T Healthy Chef Organic Pea Protein
1T Healthy Chef Organic Superfood
Add hibiscus and rosehip tea, blueberries, banana, lettuce, yoghurt, chia seeds, goji berries, protein powder and superfood powder to the bowl of a high-speed blender.
Blend until smooth and creamy.
Pour into a breakfast bowl, top with fresh berries and extra yoghurt, and serve.
