I should put “easy” in quote marks cause lets face it, waking up early is hard. The tips below also include ways of getting to sleep easier in the first place. The easiest way to start the habit of waking up early is of course to cut coffee out of your routine after 2pm. Getting a routine going at night will also help you get to sleep quicker, as your body will become attuned to it. You also may think a quick nightcap will help you get to quick faster but it will mess with your REM cycles, meaning your sleep won’t be as restful as you would have hoped.
