An experiment by LabDoor Magazine shows that the simple trick of blotting your pizza will remove over a third of the calories consumed. A typical slice of pepperoni pizza has 324 calories in it and 117 of those calories are from fat.
Hence, when you blot the excessive oil away, you’re saving over 40 calories per slice. That’s 12% of the calories you’ve soaked up in a napkin!
