The Tanqueray Gin Daisy – Cocktail of the Week

Unpretentious and delicious, this cocktail never fails to delight while remaining extremely simple to make. Just the sort of thing you can mix up for friends in a matter of minutes. Featured in M2woman July/August 2014.

Ingredients:

40ml Kapiti Kitchen Rhubarb & Ginger syrup
40ml Tanqueray London Dry Gin
2 wedges of fresh ruby red grapefruit

Method:

Build ingredients in a tall glass full of ice
Top with soda
Stir
Garnish with a large mint sprig and an edible flower
